A Centering Prayer time occurs every Thursday at 12:00 p.m. in the Ruth Christie Room. Anyone is welcome to participate. Basically, those who come spend 30 minutes in silence. Silence allows us time and space to empty our minds, quiet our brains' chatter, and be still and attentive to God.
